6 Months Old Today

Amber and Ashley are 6 months old today. They are learning how to eat food and they get it all over the place. They like to spit while they eat so I end up with it all over me as well. It is definitely a challenge trying to spoon feed two babies at the same time. They are starting to look more and more like each other. I am always forgeting who I have. Ferrin is always reminding me. It’s sad when a mother has a hard time telling her kids apart. They are also starting to sit up by themselves, a little wobbly, but are doing pretty well. They have managed to roll all over the place too. When I put them down they end up at the other side of the room, they are pretty fast babies. They are the joy of my life and I am grateful to be able to spend this time at home with all three of my girls. Amber is on the right and Ashley on the left. Whoops! I just realized the date was the 28th not the 29th so they will be 6 months tomorrow.

Abbey's Boo-Boo

Last week on Wed. Abbey went to her playgroup without me. I had some place be. Anyway as it draws closer for her to come home I get a phone call saying that she has had an accident and would need stitches. So of course I panicked a little and had them take her to the nearest doctor and that I would meet them there. So I show up to the doctors office and sure enough she had split her head open. It was a nice clean cut high on her forehead. Of course she was feeling better she acted like nothing was hurting because she would just dance around and play like usual. If that were me, I'd still be screaming bloody murder. That's Abbey for you, Ferrin meet us at the doctors as well and he helped hold her while the doctor stitched her back up. It took 5 stitches. She is now doing well and acts like she has no problems with her head. She still has the stitches in but they will be removed sometime this week. She likes to show everyone her boo-boo.

Hello Everyone

I am starting this blog to keep everyone posted on what is going on in our lives. I also wanted to be able to post some pictures of the girls so that everyone can see how big they are getting. This is a way for me to keep in touch and to let everyone know how we are doing here in Texas. Please feel free to say what you want. Love you all!
